Meanings

"we", "us" and "our" means Amir B, a Sole Trader who owns and operates Just The Phone.com, Just The Phone.co.uk, Just The Phone.net   (referred to hereafter as "the sites"). "Mobile Phone" and "Cell Phone" are the same thing. "You" means the person using the sites.

Context and Services

The Sites provide a detailed listing of mobile phone offers, shops and sites. We are not a party to any transaction you make during the use of the Site and we advise you to read the retailers own terms and conditions which are available when you visit their site, before purchasing anything from them. If the retailer's terms and conditions are not available on their Website you should contact them directly. Any information on the sites should be checked by consulting with experts who are authorised to give information on that subject. We are not authorised to offer advice. You should not act on any information given within the sites without checking the accuracy of the data with independent sources and with the companies involved.

Premium Rate

Premium rate phone lines are used in relation to the provision of ringtones, logos, SMS and other multimedia services for mobile phones. You must always get the consent of the person who pays the phone bill before using the services provided by the sites.

Limit of liability

The inclusion of a retailer on any of our sites is not in any way a warranty by us that the retailer will conduct itself appropriately under any agreement you undertake. The information on The Site about the goods and services on a retailers website is given or made available to us by the retailer. We do not guarantee to check this information independently.

Other General Terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of England, where Just The Phone originates and is designed to be accessed and is deemed to be made in England. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Just The Phone. Use of Just The Phone is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
